Job Title: Head of Business Development
Location: Lagos State

Responsibilities:
- Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
- Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business.
- Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the company's ambitious growth.
- Working to stringent targets, the job holder should be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call
- Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new marketsetc.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Experience in working with senior management to align with sales strategies and solutions.
- Must be able to work independently and possess the drive to make decision and execute policy.
- He/she should have the ability to drive his/her team to achieve given target.
- Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Minimum of Degree/HND - Masters Degree preferred in relative field
- Minimum of Seven Years experience in that position
Job Title: Business Development Managers
Location: Lagos State (2 Slots), Abuja (1 Slot) Benin (1 Slot) Port Harcourt (1 Slot)
Responsibilities:
- Following up new business opportunities and setting up meetings
- Planning and preparing presentations
- Communicating new product development to new clients
- Overseeing the development of marketing literature
- Writing reports
- Providing the Head of Business Development with feedbacks etc
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Proven experience as a business development manager
- He/she should have the ability to drive his/her team to achieve given target.
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to handle pressure
- Minimum of Degree/HND in relative field
- Five to Seven Years experience in that position
Job Title: Business Development Executive (preferably corps member)
Location: Lagos State (1 Slot), Abuja (1 Slot) Benin (1 Slot) Port Harcourt (1 Slot)
Responsibilities:
- Researching organisations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning whom makes decisions about purchasing
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Contacting clients to inform them about new development in company's products
- Writing reports
- Providing the Business Development Manager with feedbacks etc
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Must be socially adept
- Outstanding communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of the organisation and its current events
- Attention to details
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to handle pressure
- Minimum of Degree/HND in relative field
- Minimum of Three Years experience as a marketing/sales person
Job Title: IT Executive
Location: Lagos State (1 Slot)
Responsibilities:
- Implementing the database and network designs of the company
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications.
- Ensuring systems security and troubleshooting computer issues in the organisation
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services
- Manage internal/external application upgrades
- Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Negotiate contract with manufacturers/suppliers for all software and hardware
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
- Manage external vendors relationships and services etc
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Must keep up with new and developing technology
- The ability to think logically
- Highly advanced analytical abilities with operational vision
- Must be socially adept
