Job Title: Strategy and Project Management Office (SPMO) Coordinator
Location: Lagos
Division: Group
Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensures senior leadership is aware of the status of the project portfolio, performance to plan, and barriers to execution.
- Establishes and monitors the utilization of standardized project management processes and tools across the company.
- Supports executive and senior leadership team meetings and activities by raising potential agenda items, distributing materials, facilitating meetings, managing calendars and conducting pre-meeting preparation and post-meeting follow-up activities.
- Ability to understand and manage to a broad strategy as well as and detailed plans.
- Analyzes status reports of projects goals and metrics against enterprise priorities to identify potential issues and work collaboratively with owners to drive issue resolution, escalating to executives as appropriate.
- Coordinate training, consulting and technology projects, effectively liaising with team leads / project owners.
Role Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (second class upper minimum)
- Professional certification (preferable) - Project Management Professionals (PMP) or Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Agile / Scrum
Experience:
- 2 - 4 years experience as a Business Analyst or Management Consultants or Strategy / performance management in a Consulting Firm.

Salary Expectation
N125,000 per Month (Excluding performance bonuses).
Job Title: Digital Strategist
Location: Lagos
Division: Group
Reports To: Business Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Create integrated and cost-effective digital strategies and drive its implementation.
- Build brand stories, create winning content, manage marketing communications, content development, sales funnel strategies and digital marketing.
- Develop and manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
- Executes projects to be high quality, on time and cost-effective/on budget.
- Provide campaign performance reporting and analysis.
- Effectively engage with clients, project teams, sales teams, and management
- Analyze customer and user data
- Ability to identify opportunities for growth and incremental opportunities.
- Map out how digital assets will be optimized for business results.
Role Requirements
Experience:
- 2 – 4 years experiences in digital / content marketing (digital experience required)
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (second class upper minimum)
- Relevant professional certification
Age:
Salary Expectation
N110,000 per Month (Excluding performance bonuses).
Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Lagos
Division: Group
Reports To: Business Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with project managers, developers, business users to formalize a business idea and define requirements.
- Develop workshops / trainings and facilitate workshops / trainings and support knowledge transfer.
- Identify, research, define and document user problems and automate manual business processes.
- Develop business requirements and process workflows.
- Actively solicit, analyze, prioritize and negotiate customer requirements from scope definition through detailed system requirements.
- Identify and document business rules and create detailed use cases.
- Act as a project manager/business analyst for internal / client projects.
Role Requirements
Experience:
- 2 - 4 years experiences as a Business Analyst or Management Consultants in a Training / Consulting Firm

Duties and Responsibilities
- Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
- Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals.
- Lead marketing, sales and public relations activities.
- Organize and coordinate operations and teams in ways that ensure maximum productivity.
- Represent the company in events, conferences etc.
- Assign tasks, manage schedules and set project deadlines for various teams.
- Collect, research, track and analyze relevant business data.
- Ensure that company has the adequate and suitable resources needed to complete its activities.
Role Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree (second class upper minimum)
- Professional certification (preferable) - Project Management Professionals (PMP) or Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), or Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM) or relevant certifications.

- 5 - 7 years experiences working in a training and/or consulting firm.

N180,000 per Month (Excluding performance bonuses).
Job Title: Learning Consultant
Location: Lagos
Division: Academy
Reports To: Business Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordination, development and administration of pre- and post-training activities, including testing, certification and coaching/reinforcement efforts in support of knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Schedule and coordinate training classes to ensure knowledge areas are delivered by identified timelines.
- Build and maintain effective business relationships with clients and prospects.
- Maintain expert knowledge of training programs and systems usage.
- Responsible for developing consistent and positive client/learner interactions
- Gather feedback from trainees and trainers after each session.
- Recommend and develop solutions to improve any findings from all customer data sources.
- Diagnose learning issues that will help people do better and assist clients in measuring and enhancing training results.
- Update curriculum database and training records
- Build and update a robust knowledge bank for various training areas
- Managing learning products and solutions for corporate clients.
Requirements
Experience:
