Job Title: General Manager

Location: Gbagada, Lagos

Job Description

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth, market expansion, and client acquisition.
• Client Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, pitch to potential clients, and drive agency growth.
• Brand & Creative Direction: Work closely with creative and strategy teams to deliver high-quality branding and advertising campaigns.
• Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure the agency operates within legal, ethical, and industry standards.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day agency operations, ensuring smooth workflow across creative, strategy, and account management teams.
• Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team while fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, P&L, and financial forecasting to ensure profitability and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess Bachelor's Degrees with 5 - 8 years relevant work experience.

Salary
N650,000 - N800,000 Monthly.
