We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:       Job Title: Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) Electrician Location: Nigeria The Job

  • Carry out routine PPM in the Production process lines according to maintenance best practices.
  • Diagnose root cause of electrical malfunction.
  • Replace faulty electrical component of machine such as switches, motors, sensors, relay etc.
  • Document and analyze test result such as infra-red thermometer readings etc.
Qualifications
  • Ordinary National Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
  • Five (5) O’ level credits including English & Mathematics in not more than two (2) sittings.

  • Be physically fit.
  • Have good problem solving skills.

Experience:
  • Two (2) years related experience
      Job Title: Process Operator Location: Nigeria The Job
  • Carry out effective operations of the process lines in order to produce standard quality products in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Program and operate the facility’s computer system that operates the machinery.
  • Carry out effective process control by constantly monitoring process variables against set points.
Person Specification The person must be:

Qualifications

      Job Title: Machine Operator Location: Nigeria The Job
  • Operate the packing machine in line with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
  • Perform autonomous maintenance on the packing machine to prevent break down.
  • Monitor product quality to identify deviations from specification.
Qualifications

  • Prepare daily cash payment and imprest reports.

  • Track and report compliance in IOU collection and retirement.
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the finance department.
  • Daily inventory reconciliation for all finished goods, packaging and raw materials.

  • Inspect the facility and close out or escalate any possibility for the occurrence of accidents, fire outbreaks and hazards.

  • Supervise the disposal of waste within the facility to ensure compliance with established standards

      Job Title: Service and Maintenance Officer Location: Nigeria The Job
  • Prepare maintenance requirement schedule for planned maintenance jobs and ensure timely issue of spare parts requirements.
  • Prepare report on spares consumption by cost centres for all types of maintenance.
  • Carry out Pre  and Post evaluation of spares utilization per maintenance job using job orders.
  • Assist maintenance team to run the maintenance module with the Group ERP software.
