Job Title: Policy Lead
Location: Lagos
Overview
- The Policy lead will be responsible for quantitative and qualitative research and management of the company’s evidence/research/database that supports the company’s policy and advocacy activities and informs the strategic development of financial inclusion in Nigeria
- He/she will lead the organization’s commissioned research and policy analysis initiatives as well as provide technical assistance to research and policy components embedded within specific projects/programmes
Requirements
- First Degree in Public Policy, Public Administration or any related discipline
- Master’s degree in Economics, Statistics or International Development
- Relevant Professional Qualification/Certification will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 10 years post-qualification experience with at least 5 years in a management role
- Strong awareness of the legal, regulatory & policy frameworks that govern financial sector
- Prior experience in Policy & Regulation design and Implementation
- Experience in delivering research projects and commissioning, project managing and quality assuring external and internal research.

Job Title: Chief Executive Officer
Location: Lagos
Overview

- He or she will be responsible for leading the company to achieving its vision of catalysing the development of an all-inclusive and growth promoting financial system in Nigeria
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
- Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Development, Finance, Public Administration or any related discipline from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 15 years’ management experience at a senior level within a financial sector or other relevant institution.
- Deep experience (minimum of 3 years) working in financial inclusion and in financial markets.
- Diverse financial sector (banking/management consultancy/development/research) experience.
- Strong understanding of the operations, challenges, technical and political context of the Nigerian financial system.
- Extensive network in the Nigerian financial sector, with both public and private stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience working in a complex or pioneering environment and in managing change, and creating opportunities for growth
- Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and develop a high performing organisation.
- Strong relationship management experience with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders at the highest levels.
- Strong relationship management experience with the ability to effectively engage with an active board of directors.
- Strong understanding of accountability principles and corporate governance.
- Demonstrated experience in formulating, developing and implementing new strategies.
- Successful track record in management of complex projects/organisations.
- Demonstrated success achieving results in a challenging operating environment.
- Experience managing technical and operational staff

Job Title: Programmes Lead
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Overview
- The Programmes lead will provide strategic leadership and direction which ensures that the company’s programmes are innovative and emerging ideas on financial inclusion are identified and integrated to achieve their intended objectives
- He or She will deepen and scale-up the uptake of inclusive innovative financial products/services (microfinance, micro pensions, micro mortgages, micro insurance, non-interest finance etc.) in Nigeria
Requirements
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- Master's degree in International Development, Business Administration, Economics or other related discipline, strongly preferred
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in financial services/management consulting with at least 5 years direct experience in at least one, but preferably two of the company’s focus areas (non-interest finance, financial literacy, micro savings/loans/pensions/credit/insurance)
- Strong understanding of the legal, regulatory & policy frameworks that govern the Nigerian financial services sector
- Experience of preparing, reviewing and evaluating investment proposals
- Business development experience
- Experience in front facing roles that require customer interaction
- Experience in developing and implementing business strategies
- Good network with relevant stakeholders in the financial services space in Nigeria
- Experience in Product design/development experience
- Experience working with donor or philanthropic funded programmes, will be an advantage

Job Title: Digital Financial Services Lead
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Overview
- The Digital Financial Services lead will provide strategic leadership and direction to deepen the company’s DFS footprints in Nigeria
- He or She will lead the DFS team in developing and implementing a portfolio of projects that will significantly drive the uptake and usage of DFS in Nigeria as well as support the programmes lead to increase the pipeline of DFS projects that are funded through the company’s innovation fund.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- Master’s degree in International Development, Business Administration, Economics or other related discipline, strongly preferred
- Minimum of 10 years’ DFS experience in Nigeria preferably with at least 5 years direct experience in deploying technology to expand mobile financial services to the low-income
- In depth and broad understanding of the technology and financial services sectors in Nigeria
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the legal, regulatory & policy frameworks that govern mobile money/ electronic payments & agents networks in Nigeria
- Experience in front facing roles that require customer interaction
- Experience in developing and implementing business strategies
- Good network with relevant stakeholders in the DFS space in Nigeria
- Product design/development experience
- Project management experience and relevant certification
- Experience working with donor or philanthropic funded programmes, will be an advantage
