Job Title: Contact Centre Agent
Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are currently seeking for qualified and enthusiastic people with a vibrant and excellent communication skills to be the friendly voice of our company.

Responsibilities 

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall customer satisfaction and performance targets.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with a positive attitude.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements

  • BSc ( 2;2 only) in any field
  • Proficiency with MS Suites
  • Eloquent and Smart attitude to work.
  • Not older than 26 years of age at the time of application
  • Good communication skills

Salary
N85,000 - N140,000 per month.
