Job Title: Cashier
Locations: Ogba and Ogudu, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage transactions with customers using cash registers
  • Scan goods and ensurepricing is accurate
  • Issue receipts , refunds, change or tickets
  • Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
  • Bag/Box or gift-wrap packages
  • Handle merchandise returns and exchanges
  • Resolve customer complaints , guide them and provide relevant information
  • Greet customers when entering or leaving the store
  • Maintain clean and tidy checkouts areas

Requirements

  • High School Degree.
  • 1 - 2 years work experience.
  • Work experience as a cashier or a similar role in sales.
  • Good math skills.
  • Customer satisfaction- oriented.
  • Must be willing to work on weekends.
  • Must be willing to workshifts.
  • Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.

Salary
N30,000 monthly
