Officer, you will serve as a leader, overseeing day-to-day operations
and focusing on the long-term interests of the business. You will pursue
new business opportunities and manage the support functions, clients
and vendors. This function will play an important role in
marketing/sales and corporate management. In addition, you will evaluate
opportunities to grow the business of the organisation, whether through
collaborations or new initiatives, and work to take advantage of those
opportunities.
Also of importance, you will analyse sales performance trend and
generate assessment reports that will drive business performance, and
oversee and resolve issues with contracts and commercial operations. Degree-qualified, you must have a minimum of 8 years' relevant experience, 4 of which must have been at management level. will assist in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order
to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives. You will assist in
formulating and implementing the sales strategies, and generating sales

you will assist the Operations Manager in providing logistics and
operations management. You will ensure efficient coordination and
control of the order cycle and processes. In addition, you will identify
opportunities for efficient sourcing of products.
Degree-qualified, you must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in logistics and operations in the downstream sector. A good knowledge of the downstream petroleum sector, terminal operations, engineering and facility upgrades is essential for this position. You must have a good knowledge of flow dynamics, custody transfer systems, safety regulations, petroleum industry codes, specifications and standards, and must be conversant with templates for capturing operations downtime effectiveness.Demonstrated supervisory and team management experience is required.
