Job Title: Revenue Strategy Analyst
Location: Remote
About the Role
- Andela’s Revenue Strategy Analyst is a new position supporting the Manager, Revenue Strategy and will be an integral part of growing the Revenue Operations team at Andela.
- This role is a hybrid of traditional jobs in strategic planning, business analytics, sales operations, and finance – requiring a mix of strategy, go-to-market design, market analysis, sales optimization and business operational support.
- The role will evolve and assume additional responsibilities based on performance, ownership, and ability to interact successfully with the business.
- Our Revenue Strategy Analyst will assist sales leaders to drive the continued success of Andela by supporting our revenue growth strategy.
- Projects range from the highly strategic to operational including building a scalable reporting infrastructure, evaluating market opportunities, supporting product growth strategies, sales pipeline analysis and regular review of key performance metrics.
- The role requires interaction with various areas of the organization and provides regular exposure to senior executives. The successful candidate will possess a passion for extracting insights from data and converting ideas to action.
Key Responsibilities
- You will be part of the team that is responsible for Revenue team strategy, processes, tools, KPIs and lead global Revenue Operations activities
- Work as a trusted advisor to sales leadership and go-to-market teams on strategic, organizational, and operational projects designed to increase revenue, sales productivity, and operational efficiency
- Evaluate ongoing business performance via reporting and dashboards to support day-to-day operations, execution and success
- Provide insights into growth levers for accelerating revenue, and operationalize new ideas through the creation of KPIs, processes and workflows
- Support GTM planning processes and strategic initiatives through capacity planning, productivity review, market segmentation, territory planning, quota/incentive/compensation design, and more
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, People, Talent Supply and other departments to build robust cross-functional processes
- Triage and troubleshoot operational issues and optimize processes, infrastructure and systems for scale
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in analytical role(s) such as Finance, Sales/Revenue Operations/Strategy, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, and/or Venture Capital/Private Equity
- BS in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Math, Finance, Engineering, Sciences)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships
- Data focused mindset, with the ability to translate data into direct actionable insights
- Entrepreneurial spirit looking for ways to develop better processes/improve on existing frameworks
- Preferred experience with reporting, data visualization and analytics tools such as Salesforce, Looker, Google Sheets
- Are proficient, or willing to become proficient, in SQL and data management
- Experience with R, Python (or similar analytical packages) a plus
- Preferred experience in a high growth technology company

Job Title: Revenue Operations Analyst
Location: Remote
About the Role
- This is your opportunity to join and help build a world-class Revenue Operations function for a company that has a mission that matters.
- In your role, you will work to support the day-to-day operations and processes of Andela’s revenue department.

Key Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and enhance Andela’s Salesforce and go to market tech stack, tailoring best practices to our unique business needs
- Improve revenue and productivity by working closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand the operational needs of end-users
- Collaborate cross functionally to discover creative solutions that enable revenue growth
- Create intuitive reports, and influence data-driven decisions
- Manage incoming requests from our Revenue department and prioritize a mix of proactive projects and reactive support
- Troubleshooting operational issues as they arise, and making informed recommendations around changes and improvements to fix root cause
Requirements
- 1-3 years in a sales or operations oriented role (high-growth start-up environments preferred)
- Willingness to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on with end-users and key stakeholders

Job Title: Enterprise Marketing Manager

- Andela is looking for an Enterprise Marketing Manager to join the Marketing Team! As a key member of our Marketing organization, you’ll play an integral role in Andela’s targeted marketing strategies to bring us closer to the world’s leading organizations.
- You’ll work closely with our Enterprise Sales, Marketing, and Creative Teams to consistently launch and measure new integrated campaigns.
- You will keep a pulse on all things in the digital services space and launch programs that generate meaningful MQLs for our sales teams.
- You’ll leverage your skills to build a stellar growth strategy and connect us with our customers.
Responsibilities
- Partner with members of the Enterprise and Sales teams to develop marketing programs that align with our strategy and priorities
- Design and execute an integrated marketing plan to increase brand visibility, communicate our positioning, drive demand generation, and nurture existing opportunities
- Develop and execute a broad range of marketing programs that address the entire buying cycle, driving pipeline growth and improving pipeline velocity including digital campaigns, webinars, events, direct mail, marketing partnerships, account-based marketing
- Own campaign execution end to end including creative and copy development, setup, nurture flows, tracking, optimization, and reporting on campaign effectiveness
- Guide the creation of Enterprise-grade content including delivery format and distribution plan to establish this client as a thought-leader in the space
- Partner with the global communications team to increase brand awareness in region via media mentions, PR, and speaking opportunities at leading industry events
- Align closely with sales to develop an account-based marketing plan for key accounts, working to deploy custom multi-touch marketing plans
- Work in close partnership with the sales team to maintain alignment between outbound sales and marketing efforts through ongoing planning, reporting, and feedback
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience in a demand generation role including familiarity with ABM, content, digital demand-generation, and events. Ideally you would have lead a team for a portion of this time.
- Proven experience in leading both strategy and execution of ROI-based marketing programs
- Experience with account-based marketing strategies, tactics and tools desirable
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (SFDC, Marketo especially)
- Customer obsessed and passionate about developing content that truly targets pain points, inspires engagement and drives lead conversion
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze and report on program effectiveness and ROI.
- Proven success navigating B2B and Enterprise-level sales cycles in North America and global landscapes
- Ability to generate repeatable playbooks is a must

In the first three months:
- Deliver your near to mid term roadmap
- Deliver on an initial engagement analytics framework that we can visit in a repeatable fashion.
- You should be in a rhythm of delivering on key tasks throughout the business by now (launching ad campaigns, amplifying content, strategic regional expansions, etc.).
- Be the go-to face of the Andela Enterprise Marketing Team for all Sales and members of the Marketing Team
In the first six months:
- A number of concurrent campaigns and tactics are being launched and managed by you and your team

Responsibilities
- Lead all areas related to the company’s securities laws matters and related compliance, including IPO readiness, investor relations, proxy management, and SEC reporting and disclosures as needed.

Job Qualifications / Experience Requirements

- 7+ years of experience in legal practice; corporate law experience within a nationally recognized law firm. IPO experience required
- Deep experience with US Securities, including SEC reporting, securities law compliance and corporate governance; structuring and negotiating M&A and financing transactions; and managing subsidiaries
- In-house experience at a hypergrowth late-stage startup is preferred
- J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) and membership in at least one US state bar (NY preferred).
