Job Title: Business Development Officer (ISP)

Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are currently hiring for the roleof Business Development Officers.
  • The Business Development Officers will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and potential clients, creating various strategies for the purpose ofgrowing the client database and expanding the business, managing client relationships and ultimately driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products and services to the market.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Gathering, investigating, analyzing and summarizing market data and trends to prepare reports and todevelop insights and strategies for business growth.
  • Collaboratingwith the team to create marketing campaigns and promotional materials and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Preparingand delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiatingand closingdeals with clients and liaising with third-party marketing agencies to drive business growth.
  • Providingregular reports on business development activities and progress.
  • Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
  • Maintaining relationships withclients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Business Development, Sales or Marketing,
  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics or any related course.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Cross-functional skills to collaborate with differentteams and departments.
  • Availability to immediately resume is an added advantage.
  • Applicants must reside in Ajah or Lekki,Lagos. Applicants outside these locations will not be contacted.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Enthusiastic about meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly
