Willers Solutions Limited - Our client, a reputable Solar Power Solution Firm located in Ikeja, Lagos is looking to fill the role of:     Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Lagos Job Responsibilities

  • Drive sales results for Solar Power Solutions products (e.g. Inverters, Batteries, Solar panels e,.t,c) in order to achieve gross margin quotas.
  • Understand customer’s business objectives, price risk tolerances and work with internal resources to develop energy hedging strategies that match the customer’s needs.
  • Drive unified sales platform by understanding core products (Solar Power Solutions) in detail and by leveraging technical expertise to drive sales of alternative products (e.g. demand response, solar, energy efficiency).
  • Be a champion for the organizations values and the Constellation Difference through demonstrating values-based behaviors on a consistent basis..
  • Must have a traceable sales record of sales target met in time past and must be able to generate sales and ability to sell solar power solutions to Banks, Oil & Gas Companies, and other Cooperate Organizations)
  • Develop energy plans and strategies and as well prepare presentations and close sales transactions.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in Sales/ Marketing, Business Admin, Economics or related discipline.
  • Must have Min of 5 Years’ Experience in Solar Power Sector.
