  • The delivery of targets and driving company sales for our Kraft Heinz Portfolio will be your primary responsibility. You’re constantly looking for improvement activities within Nigeria.

  • The Business Development Manager – Nigeria position lies within the European Middle East and Africa Zone.
In brief, you will be responsible to:
  • Achieve sales targets by directing, coaching and controlling the activities of the sales team (company & Distributor) to ensure maximum brand exposure and yield from Trade Promotion Budget
  • Focus on Key Account management to drive targeted sales within ROI norms
  • Plan for direct coverage of retail outlets with the help of the Distributor sales team as well as manage the day to day activities of the Distributor team
  • Implement all market activation activities to achieve impact at the point of purchase
  • Set up and manage targets main KPIs as IMS, numerical distribution and MSL
Qualifications Hard Skills:
  • MBA in Sales, Management & Marketing as the medium of University education
  • Work experience of 3-5 years at a Managerial level. Prior work experience in an FMCG environment is important
  • A high degree of familiarity and practice of IT skills related to use of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, MS Excel
  • A strong command over English with an ability to understand and communicate clearly and effectively
