Job Title: Business Development Manager

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full time / Remote

Description

  • You are a business acquisitor and growth catalysts and you are to assist in the area of planning and implementation of all kinds of sales strategy in line with the vision of the company, meet sales quota and report directly to the Line manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business goals and revenue targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship building
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-up with leads and prospects
  • Participate in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the HR consulting industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure high-quality service delivery to clients

Qualifications / Requirements

  • HND / BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in sales and business development in the Consulting industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Interested Applicant just have a LAPTOP and stable Internet connection.
  • The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, while driving revenue growth in the servicing industry.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills

Salary Range
N50,000 - N70,000 plus incentive Data & transportation allowance.
