Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Epe, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

  • As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing key strategic partnerships, finding, and retaining clients, bringing sales and growth to the company.
  • You will also be responsible for making input in developing marketing campaigns, content, social media, and customer relationship management to support the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
  • Hunting and closing business at all revenue levels.
  • Locatepotential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  • Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs.
  • Assists in the development of monthly sales goals.
  • Develop and deliver the business plans through carrying out research, formulatemarket analysis and deliver accurate business reports.
  • Build referral and lead generation network.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Interface with existing strategic customers to solidify mutual expectations of performance and growth.
  • Define and follow up of monthly targets and objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategies for new services.

Qualifications
Essential Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management /  Sales or other relevant fields
  • Minimum of 2 years of Business Development/ Sales experience, preferably with relevant experience in the real estate industry
  • Market research experience
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
  • Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Have a desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization

Remuneration
N50,000 - N150,000 Salary Monthly.
