Job Title: Business Development Executive (Mid-Level)

Job Description

  • Dovaheights is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and contributing to strategic business initiatives.
  • This role involves engaging with NipeX and NIUMS platforms and supporting tender processes, making it ideal for a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the industry and excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events. Successfully convert leads into long-term clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Networking: Represent Dovaheights at industry events, conferences, and seminars to build the company’s brand and network with potential clients and partners.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals, business plans, and pitches tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the Oil and Gas Industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
