Job Title: Business Development Executive

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos & Plateau

Job Purpose

  • This role is expected to drive sales for Integrated Dairies Limited (IDL) by overseeing the process of business development within the company. The Business Development Executive will work closely with other company executives and management teams, meet with potential business partners and maintain existing client relationships and monitor market trends to come up with new business ventures.

Key Accountabilities

  • Generate sales leads and create opportunities for actual sales within aligned territory.
  • Sell & deliver products to customers and ensure retainership.
  • Target Achievement weekly, monthly, quarterly as given by management for specified territory.
  • Drive customer business development and coverage expansion.
  • To share reports daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly on sales, coverage.
  • Assist to develop and maintain a good selling and service culture to maximize selling opportunities.
  • Distribute all the products of the company within specified territory, via – Supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, bars, Lounge, Fast food outlets etc.
  • To conduct market intelligence and competitive watch.

Core Deliverables

  • Deliver the monthly sales and coverage targets.
  • Work with support functions to drive shelf offtake and build brand and organization's equity.
  • Identify, create and manage customer orders.
  • Implementation of the company's aligned planogram in-store.
  • Achieve availability of our products with target outlets year-round.

Job Requirements

  • Higher National Diploma or Bachelor Degree.
  • Must have Sound Numeric, Communication & Interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Territory Knowledge is an added advantage.
  • No experience in Business Development is required but a minimum of 1 year in Sales; preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods is an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in the use of Android phones.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
