Flying Doctors Nigeria is a tech-enabled global marketplace for urgent/emergency medical care. We specifically serve the oil & gas, mining, and international insurance industries.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Business Development Executive

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities
Handle Sales Inquiries:

  • Manage all incoming inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails promptly and professionally.

Sales Outreach and Cold Calling:

  • Proactively engage in cold-calling hospitals and healthcare facilities to promote sales of medical equipment and consumables.

Service Delivery Coordination:

  • Coordinate the delivery of services to clients, ensuring timely and efficient service provision.

Partnership Development:

  • Facilitate partnerships with OEMs and suppliers of medical equipment and consumables, locally and internationally.

Business Development and Marketing:

  • Drive business development, marketing, and sales of FDN products and services.

Networking and Relationship Building:

  • Participate in business meetings and events to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.

New Business Opportunities:

  • Proactively generate new business opportunities and onboard new customers/clients.

Brand Recognition:

  • Assist in enhancing the organization's brand recognition through strategic initiatives.

Marketing Plan Implementation:

  • Participate in developing and executing marketing plans to support business objectives.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Undertake any other business development, sales, or marketing duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • First Degree in a Science / Business Administration / Marketing or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of cognate experience in relevant field.
  • A self-starter with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
  • Proven track record closing medical equipment deals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
