well motivated managers that has excellent knowledge in travel service delivery.

  1. Aircraft Charter manager: an experienced air charter broker with a background in air cargo, executive jet or commercial aircraft chartering
  2. Training manager/human Resources: ability to attract, motivate and retain the most qualified employers and match them to job for which they are best suited. You will be responsible for personnel decisions, hiring, position assignment, training, benefits and compensation in addition to maintaining a healthy and friendly work-environment for employees. At least 5 years experience in senior HR position prior to January 1, 2012. Experience with a national organization will be an added advantage.
  3. Protocol services manager: must be very adept in VIP meet and great services, land and air transport management, check in procedures, hotel handling etc. At least 5 years relevant experience
  4. Business Development Manager:  negotiate with national and international hotel chains and airlines, analyse opportunities throughout the country, adding values to existing clients relationship, drive down air and hotel accommodation costs through strong negotiation skills. You will be a member of the online booking project team and other related projects, build clients partnerships and increase company revenue streams. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a corporate travel industry and be familiar with corporate travel environment. Excellent negotiation skills, solid communication and presentation skills and excellent project management skills. And also, knowledge of online booking tools.
  5. Corporate sales manager: use proven skills and strategies to build customer confidence and commitment to return an increase in revenue from the B2B travel subsector. Excellent knowledge and experience of corporate travel subsector. Ability to open doors in a tight market, proven track records in corporate travel business, building relationships with existing corporate travel clients, sub agents whilst having the ability to identify potential new businesses. Ability to negotiate externally and internally at all levels is necessary. The position is ideal for a self-starter who wants to have buckets of autonomy and who can bring a creative, innovative approach to deliver and shape the future of the Nigerian Travel business
  6. Chief Internal auditor: responsible for the internal audit function of fly4cheaper.com and subsidiary undertakings to provide independent and objective assurance on the effectiveness of financial controls measures already in place. You will also develop an audit programme and audit scope documents linked to the business risks identified, provide practical recommendations to help management run their business areas as efficiently as possible and reduce control risks, provide audit reports with clearly prioritized actions and also providing advice on internal controls and support senior management in developing specific risk transfer and mitigation strategies to address risks identified.
  7. Ticket and insurance Claims manager: must be versatile in ticket refund, rerouting, cancelling and revalidation issues, have extensive knowledge of the travel industry and airline experience in same department will be an added advantage, you will lead a team of claims handlers and make sure they deal with travel insurance claims efficiently. You will be responsible to interface with airlines, passengers and travel insurance product suppliers for reimbursement while working to maintain our policy of 30 minutes claim processing mandate. At least 5 years in relevant field.
  8. Tour packaging manager; interface with local and international airlines, hotels and other travel suppliers to significantly drive down overall cost for the customer while providing good volume business to Travel suppliers, adept at finding local and international packages that exceeds or meets customers’ expectations and driving good revenue streams to all stakeholders. Good nose for sweet deals that keeps all concerns happy. Past experience in fairly travel agency and be passionate about tour and deal packaging
  9. Head, Customer Support: responsible for trouble shooting, ensure that no client is ever lost on your watch. Excellent written and verbal skills, awareness of current laws and legislation, well experienced in travel/tour operations, ensure that any and all complaints are dealt with efficiently and promptly to the satisfaction of all involved.  Ability to train and supervise junior staff member. At least 5 years experience in customer care in a company and must be aware of monthly targets figures and roles in meeting them.
  10.  Trade Research executive: you will directly work with the tour packaging manager and in between services with the corporate sales manager. Responsible for scouting local and international travel deals, frequently check and compare own prices and values with competition and alert relevant units to emerging opportunities. Must aggressive to finding new and hard to find opportunities with extensive interest in leading change that ultimately benefits our customers. Excellent travel industry experience.
  11. Regional manager (operation) – 4; ability to track revenue, do on the spot revenue audit, supervise and motivate employees at all locations within the region, liaise and grow 3rd party relations to exhibiting operational capability to grow services and revenue in your coverage area. Applicants must be accounting/finance personnels.
  12. Special project Manager: lead new implementation team, oversee expansion activities and constantly review ongoing operations to determine weal links that may need fixing, also provide leadership to deliver in line with business plans, manage the technical team, attend client meetings to review and enhance system procedures and make system recommendations. Experience in a corporate travel environment or airline industry, ready and willing to travel at very short notices and be able to work project schedules with zero variances.
  13. General Manager, Foundation Activities: responsible for administration of the NGO partly funded by the company and streamline the whole system for smooth functioning, coordinate the day to day activities of the NGO relating to program implementation, sourcing funds and donors, ensuring charity targets are met in line with Founder’s vision of providing help to the vulnerable in the society. The candidate must be an Ex principal of a reputed school or an experienced individual that has held senior management position in an NGO of repute. At least 10 years working experience and excellent passion for caring for society’s vulnerable.
  14. Cargo services manager: supervising and directing activities of outstation cargo operations officers of the company across the country. Responsible for providing training, assistance, coaching and counseling for the Cargo employee group and ensure that company standards, policies and procedures regarding safety, security and station controls are followed and also monitor quality assurance statistics daily via CMIS
  15.  Finance/Account executives: position is based in Ijebu Ode. Accounting graduate 2 to 5 years experience in IATA approved travel agency, knowledge of IATA accounting and billing system (BSP Link) with working experience in maintenance of travel agency accounts. Responsible for reading and analyzing BSP reports and assisting the head of Finance in preparation of financial statements for company and subsidiaries and also reviewing, analyzing, reconciling and processing routine accounting data for revenue and expenditures.
  16.  Regional cargo services Executives (4): Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Port Harcourt and Benin: oversee cargo operations in any of the various regional centers ensuring that operations are rendered to the satisfaction of clients and profitably. You must have minimum of 2 years relevant experience in cargo handling
  17. Ticketing Executives: at least 2 to 3 years cognate experience in reservations and ticketing in an IATA approved agency. Must have flair for doing it right, first time and every time, have excellent customer care skills, computer usage skills in addition to a good command of English and ticketing experience on SABRE GDS will be an added advantage and applicants must be between 22 to 35 years
  18. Manager,  software development: create IT based solutions for processes, oversee the software development team, lead application development efforts and assist in standardizing and harmonizing internally developed applications with outsourced developments, solid experience in web and standalone application developments and must have lead serious software projects and have extensive evidence of your involvement in enterprise level developments and must be highly knowledgeable and ability to meet tight project development deadlines.
  19. Travel office Managers (13): Lagos, abuja, Ilorin, katsina, minna, owerri, asaba, enugu, warri,benin, uyo, kano, yola, gombe, sokoto and maiduguti offices. Manage city or airport office location in any of the identified cities managing a team of experienced travel consultants and ticketers for day to day ticketing and reservation activities, ticket reissue, revalidation and rerouting. Applicants must have previous experience as a travel agency manager or an individual that has strong long haul/tailor made travel experience including fares and excellent knowledge of SABRE GDS and must be BSP complaint with excellent ability to drive sales of all travel products.
  20.  Card services manager: you will directly work with the finance department on various cards initiative of the brand offering specific plans and putting strategies to ensure their optimum distribution and use as fly4cheaper loyalty programs and other cashless initiatives is being grouped into a unit.
REMUNERATION: is highly competitive but tied to experience and value proposition.
