We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Airport Staff - IDP / UNICEF Operations

Locations: Adamawa, Borno, Gombe, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, Taraba, Yobe and Zamfara
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and other inquiries.
  • Coordinate with airline staff, security personnel, and other airport departments.
  • Assist with boarding and deplaning procedures, ensuring timely and efficient operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including counters, baggage areas, and waiting areas.
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents according to airport protocols.
  • Verify passenger documentation and ensure compliance with security regulations.
  • Handle luggage, including loading and unloading from aircraft and baggage claim areas.
  • Provide information and directions to passengers and address any concerns or issues.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift heavy luggage and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary
USD1,500 - N2,500 per month.
