Job Title: Call Center Agent

Job function: Commercial Studios

Job Role

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Providing information about Green Africa's products and services
  • Following communication scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and quality of service
  • Identifying and escalating issues to the appropriate channels for resolution
  • Staying updated with product knowledge, company policies and industry trends to provide accurate information to gCustomers.
  • Resolving gCustomers complaints and issues effectively
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of gCustomers interaction and transaction

Qualifications

  • B.Sc Degree or HND in any related field
  • Excellent conflict management skills
  • Resilience to prioritize tasks and complete them in a high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Great attention to details and a result driven approach
