Job Title: Assistant Professional

Your Responsibilities

  • Diary Management: Accurate and up to date diary management according to managers requirements, items are scheduled to accommodate travel time, preparation etc, diary reorganized to urgent requests, absenteeism
  • Travel Arrangements: Accommodation, car hire, visas, flights are arranged according to company policy and processes, itineraries prepared and distributed prior to meetings or trips,
  • Scheduled Meetings/Functions: Invites as per outlook scheduled sent out as per managers instruction, suitable venue or meetings rooms booked in advance, including arrangement of refreshments, equipment’s etc, agenda distributed prior to meeting and minutes taken accurately and distributed timeously queries or requirements timeously and accurately.
  • Alternatively pass the request onto suitable person in charge. Effectively identifies problems as they occur and takes appropriate steps to solve them in situations where the problem is not difficult or complex
  • Office Administration: as per departmental policies and procedures, filing system procedures adhered to, all relevant documents stored and kept safely and confidentially, Controlling travel expenses and invoices

Your Profile

  • Degree or equivalent with 4  - 8 years relevant professional experience (post NYSC)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • A Team Player with Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in working within an intercultural and diverse environment  
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
