Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (Feeds)
Job Summary:
To carry out all sales activities within the region in order to meet set targets.
Responsibilities:
• To ensure a harmonious relationship with company’s various
distribution channels and institutional customers to achieve set target.
• Coordinate marketing event/promotion to create awareness and enhance sales volume.
•
Responsible for day-to-day administration of the region/affairs of the
customer service executives as well as other employees.
• Embark on field accompaniments and carryout on-the job training for subordinates, as appropriate.
• To source for viable prospects in the region.
• To maintain a hitch-free delivery to the customers and strive to resolve complaint within 24 hours, if they arise.
• Monitor stock levels of customers for prompt replenishment, to avoid stock-outs.
Requirements/Qualification:
• A first degree or HND or in Animal Science, Agriculture, Animal Production.
• Language capabilities: Fluent in English; majors local dialects will be a plus
• Communication and diplomacy skills
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
• Capability to work within a multicultural team
Job Title: Field Sales Agronomist
Job Summary
• Provide sales force and West Central Africa Marketing Team with
more clarity and insights on Nigerian agriculture, crop protection and
seeds market industry.
• Implement, deploy, fill up CRM tool and
manage reports to make information available to West Central Africa
Marketing Team and Nigeria local sales force.
• Contribute to set up Nigeria marketing plan in coordination with West Central Africa management and Marketing team
Responsibilities:
• Collect market and crops data for Nigeria
• Extract report by customers, crop and products segment for Nigeria
• Build up documentations to support the product sales in Nigeria
• Build up and maintain a Nigeria competition database
• Design specific Nigeria market surveys in cooperation with West Central Africa marketing team
• Create key Nigeria customers lists and mapping both at National and districts level
• Participate to CRM implementation and maintain the database for Nigeria
• Help to manage and fill Marketing tools for Nigeria

• Team spirit and cross functional work capability
• Good market knowledge
Requirements (Skills, experience and qualifications):
• Preferably agronomist or agro economist
• Capability to work within a multicultural team

• Good experience in data management systems.
• At least 3 years’ experience
