Job Title: Administrative Secretary

Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries via mails
  • Maintain optimum confidentiality about office files/record
  • Follow up mails and items sent from the company and confirm they are being received by the target receiver.
  • Schedule meeting between the management and partners/clients
  • Perform administrative tasks, including filing, Scanning and photocopying of necessary document.
  • Receive all documents and items sent to the office from sub-offices and partners
  • Maintain and ensure office supplies

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree with 1 - 3 years work experience.
  • Good knowledge of Computer packages particularly MS-words, Excel, power point.
