  • Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including letters and email
  • Document management
  • Plan, direct and coordinate the operation of vehicle maintenance and repairs
  • Respond to customer complaints and follow up with the relevant department, ensuring that all is done to the customer’s satisfaction
  • Work alongside sales and marketing personnel to ensure that targets of marketing efforts are met
  • Prepare and direct in service training for admin personnel, drivers and other personnel as are deemed necessary
  • Maintain an up to date register of all books in the library
  • Liaise with clients, staff and service providers
  • Prepare relevant documents for committee, board and other meeting- notices, minutes agendas and ensure that all such relevant documents are circulated
