Job Description

  • Take regular inventory of supplies
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Distribute goods to staff
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned
  • Schedule in-house and external events
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents

Requirements:

  • A minimum of HND from a recognized institution
  • 1-2 years’ experience as an administrative officer
  • Must reside around Abule-Egba
