Job Summary

  • We're seeking an experienced and organized Administrative Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our continued success.

Job Description

  • As the Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of our business group. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our offices and support our various business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the administrative staff and provide leadership and guidance.
  • Supervise and lead the administrative team to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Handle confidential information and sensitive documents with discretion.
  • Provide administrative support to senior executives and assist in special projects as needed
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Assist in budget management and expense tracking.
  • Oversee the procurement of office supplies and equipment, maintaining inventory, and controlling costs.
  • Oversee office operations, including supply management, vendor relations, and office maintenance
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
  • Act as a liaison between departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Maintain and improve office policies and procedures, ensuring they align with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
