Job Title: Administrative / Human Resources Assistant

Location: Lekki - Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

  • Assist with-end-to-end recruitment including drafting job descriptions, placing job adverts, screening of applications, interview and selection process.
  • Support employee travel requirements in co-ordination with the facilities team like Visa, Permit, Travels etc
  • Complete various administrative duties from time to time
  • Effective fleet management
  • Have knowledge of vehicles, generators and other assets to drive seamless process.
  • Conduct reference checks on candidates
  • Draft policies and other organisational document
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of performance management systems for all staff across business units
  • Co-ordinate on-boarding of new staff across business units
  • Conduct exit interviews, identifying trends and recommending actions to address raised concerns
  • Manage company communication system
  • Help keep the HR office organized
  • Work closely with operations and HRBP's to ensure that team members have access to required work tools and resources.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 - 3 years relevant work experience.
