Job Summary

  • We are an HR firm seeking a Smart Administrative Assistant to join our team. The preferred candidate should be a well-organized and detail oriented person that will support the team and ensure that the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handles all administrative requests and resolve all queries
  • Run all errands and carries out administrative tasks
  • Welcomes all visitors and applicants
  • Keeps proper electronic files containing clients’ payment status
  • Maintains proper inventory of company’s assets
  • Manages all office supplies
  • Manages company petty cash book and perform bookkeeping
  • Creates good filing system, both electronic and physical
  • Schedules and coordinates staff and all meeting
  • Takes notes during meetings to compose minutes of meeting

Job Requirements

  • OND in Accounting, Business Administration preferred (Diploma Holder)
  • Minimum of one (1) year proven experience in administrative position
  • Accounting knowledge is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite especially excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Multitasking skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen

Salary
N45,000 monthly.
