Dangi Travels is a travel and tours company incorporated 1986, located in Abuja, Kano and Dubai. Services Include Visa Processing, Flight and Hotel Booking, Holiday Tours and Corporate Travel Solutions.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Admin / Liaison Officer

Location: Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Converse with customers to determine travel dates and financial considerations.
  • Promote travel products like flight tickets, tours/holidays and visa promos and provide detailed advice on routes and destinations.
  • Helping passengers and customers with all travel-related inquiries including but not limited to changes or cancellations, and promoting special offers.
  • Providing clients with all pertinent documentation.
  • Assisting clients with the completion of paperwork, and ensuring that this is submitted on time.
  • Verifying the authenticity of paperwork and supporting documents.
  • Data entry and maintaining client files.
  • Follow up on enquiries and convert them to sales.
  • Build and maintain cordial relationships with all clients; meet and strive to exceed quality and productivity goals.

Requirements

  • Candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 2 – 5 years relevant (Travel and Tourism Industry) work experience.
  • Must have good public relation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office Applications especially Microsoft Word and Excel – Essential.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
