We are recruiting to fill the position below:



Job Title: Accounts Administrator

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Manage obligations to clients and third-party vendors
  • Monitoraccount payable checks, prepare invoices for all and prepare updates on all accounts
  • Prepare, document and handle all taxes and its filing.
  • Ensure efficient client services and provide support to administration staff.
  • Assist accountants and prepare all financial data and reports.
  • Manage all petty cash and prepare cash flow reports.
  • Coordinate with management and recommend improvement in quality of accounting and provide operational support.
  • Manage monthly journals, update entries and maintain sub ledger for fixed assests.
  • Perform research, reconcile all bank accounts and resolves all issues in processes.
  • Prepare payrollon a monthly basis.

Requirements and Skills

  • HND / B.Sc Degree in Accounting.
  • 2 - 4 years work experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (using financial formulas and creating spreadsheets)
  • Solid data entry skills
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proximity to the office location will be considered.
  • Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or similar role
  • Good knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and debt collection regulations
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software

Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / month.
