Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy and integrity in all financial transactions.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and reported.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment to employees.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Utilize accounting software and tools to manage financial data.
Implement and improve financial processes and systems.
Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Ensure timely payment of invoices and collection of receivables.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
