  • This is a senior role within the company and you would take full responsibility for maintaining and growing relationships with designated clients.
  • Providing a quality service that is second to none, and building the business further.
  • You will Identify and Pitch for new business, as well as manage, coach develop, and appraise a team of researchers. You will also contribute to the running and management of the company.
Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement “best practise’ research techniques
  • Proactively promote the company
  • Contribute to the development and smooth running of the company

  • Manage and co-ordinate client research projects
  • Take briefs, interpret and write proposals/proactively suggest research that may be required
  • Build the client relationship to ensure all required service levels are met o Develop and manage job costs to ensure profitability
  • Assist and develop your team
  • Provide internal training in your areas of expertise
Requirements
  • 3-year degree, preferably in Research, Marketing, Business, Economic or Social Sciences
  • At least 7 years relevant market research experience in a research agency, client company, or management or marketing consultancy.
  • Level appropriate research skills - well rounded researcher with experience in project design and implementation (running and designing samples, questionnaire design data analysis and insights generation, experience with different analytical statistical research approaches, presentation preparation and delivery
  • Must be hands on, high energy, confident team player
  • Must be willing to travel when necessary
  • Clear and accurate communication
  • Team leadership skills
  • Regularly presenting to client’s action oriented presentations
  • Demonstrable project management skills
  • A track record of developing/winning new/incremental business
  • At least 3 years’ experience of leading and developing a team
  • A passion for brands and advertising is a must, a curiosity for understanding consumer thinking and opinion and a desire to advise clients how to improve their brands performance in the marketplace.
  • PC literacy in Word, Excel, PowerPoint o Excellent English writing and verbal skills
  • Experience of other data analysis software an advantage (Softcopy/Espri/Scytab/Quanvert/SPSS)
