They offer colouring solutions for all plastic industrial applications including Colour and filler master batch, Polymer Additives etc. We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Account Assistant Location: Ogun Job Description

• They are in need of an Account Assistant to assist the Head of Finance in the running of the operations in the account department.
• Issue invoices to customers based on services rendered and/or goods sold
• Make and track payments
• Make bank deposits and keep up records
• Track expenses as they relate to specific projects and jobs
• Validate invoices against items or services received
• Check all financial transactions for accuracy
• Key data into company accounting system
• Work with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
• Prepare statutory accounts.
• Calculate and check to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
• Sort out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
• Reconciling finance accounts.
• Enter and code financial transactions appropriately
• Reconcile invoices received with departmental billings

• B.Sc. or HND in Accounting and Finance
• Proficient use of accounting software (ERP)
• ICAN or ACCA is an additional advantage
• Please note that the factory is located in Otta, Ogun state
• 2-5 years accounting experience in a factory setting
