Job Title: Account / Administrative Officer

Location: Lagos Lagos,
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Accounting Role:

  • Manage all accounting transactions
  • Prepare budget forecasts
  • Publish financial statements in time(monthly)
  • Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
  • Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
  • Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
  • Audit financial transactions and documents
  • Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
  • Comply with financial policies and regulations
  • The office administrator ensures the smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes to driving sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
  • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
  • Manage office correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Trackstock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years work experience.

Salary
N120,000 monthly.
