Account/ Admin Officer at Forza Projects


Forza Projects - We are a Nigerian indigenous technology-driven company providing fluid power, transfer, and control services to clients across the energy and marine industry.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
   
Job Title: Account/ Admin Officer Location: Rivers
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors
  • Process bank deposits
  • Preparing and submitting of tax forms
  • Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
  • Perform administrative duties which includes file management, responding to phone calls and emails, managing petty cash and general office management
  • Reconcile financial statements
  • Prepare and send invoices
  • Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
Educational Qualification / Experience
  • B.Sc/HND in Finance, Accounting or relevant field
  • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
  • Great attention to details
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • 2-3 years of work experience as an account/admin officer or similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Good organizational and time-management abilities
