SAP Developer Requirements, Skills & Qualifications

The following common skills and qualifications are required of a SAP Developer:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • x years of experience with ABAP development with emphasis on SAP FI (AR/AP/GL/FA)
  • x years of experience with developing SMART Forms and SAP scripts
  • x years of experience with Web Service development (provider and consumer roles)
  • x years of experience with SAP workflow development 
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
