Qualifications
B Pharm/ B.Sc in biological Sciences
1-2 years of post NYSC experience is a great advantage
Single- minded focus on delivering result
Must be willing, able and qualified to drive
High integrity index
Strong persuasion capabilities, good communication/presentation skills
A self starter with good knowledge of Pharmaceutical sales/Hospital system
An excellent knowledge of the territory
2.) Regional Sales Managers (West and Lagos/Ogun)
Successful candidates will be the regional Chief Sales and Business Development officer for their respective regions. He/She will Lead and Manage a team of Medical Representatives and deliver regional sales and marketing objectives. He must be a sell-starter with a focus on Delivering Results through the trade, institutions and alternate channels Qualifications
B. Pharm with minimum of 7-yr post qualification experience in the Pharma industry with at least 2-year as Area/Regional Sales Manager
Senior Medical Reps, at least 5 years experience in multi-national environment and in-dept knowledge of the region may also apply Applicants must show demonstrable track record of performance
Possession of hospital detailing experience is compulsory
Must be willing, able and qualified to drive
B. Sc in Biological sciences with 8-vearenperience, 2 of which must be as a sales Manager may also apply

3.) Product Manager
The role is development, proposition implementation of marketing/corporate objectives and strategies for assigned brands. He will be responsible for market and marketing research and analysis.
Qualifications
B. Pharrn or B.Sc. with at least 2-3 years experience as a product/brand manager
MBA is a definite advantage.
Proven track record of performance
Strong analytical skills with ability to work with little or no supervision
4.) Sales and Marketing Manager The successful candidate is to be the Chief Sates anti Chief Customer Officer, Managing, Leading and Directing a team of Regional Sales Managers. Medical Representatives anti Product Manager/Marketing Support staff to Deliver corporate sales and market objectives. A key plank of his responsibility is Business Development both within the Trade and Institutions.
Qualifications
B Pharm. An MBA is a definite advantage
Proven track record of performance
Strong analytical skills with ability to develop and design processes and policies
Demonstrable knowledge of Pan -Nigeria Pharmaceutical distribution network
15 years in the industry, the last 3 must be as head of Sales/Marketing. Senior Regional Managers/minimum of 5yrs as a Sales Manager) with experience in at least 2 geopolitical zones may also apply
