We are recruiting to fill the position below:

 

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Lagos Mainland, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise & coordinate the daily SC WHS operations, storage of all supplies, consumables, spares, special tools, equipment, and maintenance of inventory in addition to proper space utilization & optimization.
  • Control order/requests of all items in the SC WHS to ensure accuracy with handling & stock damage
  • Manage the SC Inventory/ERP system, update records, generate reports & be responsible for the audit of the system
  • Develop a storage method for items in line with HSE/Quality standards and always cultivate good housekeeping
  • Develop & continuously update all reports related to SC WHS operations on various activities, projects etc.
  • Execute any other task assigned by the management./supervisor with the scope of the function to meet the organizational goals/needs.
  • Material Inspection, Consolidation and Dispatch to completed packages.
  • Make requests and ensure there is an optimal stock level of items, and consumables & regularly track/follow up with the Procurement Dept on all requests
  • Maintain & document all activities (Material Datasheet, GRN, HN, receipts)
  • Coordinate with the main WHS and procurement for the timing of delivery and receiving of items and proper follow-up when required
  • Support the Toolroom attendant when required/ and provide guidance and advice when required
  • Set plans to increase efficiency, and productivity and maximize the SC WHS process
  • Ensure all items are properly updated in the WMS
    • Incoming deliveries to the warehouse and ensuring accurate documentation of all equipment/product receipts.
    • Outgoing deliveries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of shipments.
    • Oversee preparation of items for shipping, storing and Inventory.
  • Attend and follow up to resolve all Material Discrepancies identified during the inspection.

Requirements

  • HND / B.Sc. in Logistic / Supply chain management
  • 5 - 7 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 356 and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
