Responsibilities

  • Problem Solving: Tackle complex challenges, troubleshoot issues, and propose innovative solutions.
  • Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of virtual assistants, ensuring productivity and collaboration.
  • Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations.
  • Data Organization: Maintain contact lists, spreadsheets, and online records.
  • Market Research: Conduct research and provide insightful reports.
  • Communication: Handle emails, phone calls, and client interactions effectively, with proficiency in English speaking.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in virtual communication tools, email platforms, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • 3 years experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Efficient time management and deadline-driven mindset.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive thinking.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

Salary
N200,000 monthly.
