Job Title: Social Media/Store Manager
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Description

- For our Atmospheric mega-store in Lagos (Ikeja) we are currently recruiting for a full-time Social Media/Store Manager to join our team
- We are looking for an individual with relevant experience managing a dynamic store within the fashion retail industry
As the Store Manager, your key responsibilities are to:
- Drive sales, keep stock levels in line with customer demand, making sure displays grab the attention and fostering a hardworking but fun environment in which your team members remain fully engaged.
- Effectively run the store by delivering enhanced sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service delivery and ensuring that daily duties are performed by the team in a positive atmosphere
- Plan, apply and monitor the required measures in order to reach and exceed sales targets
As the Social Media Manager, your key responsibilities are to:
- Liaise with influencers and bloggers as well as create event in order to partner with them.
- Build the social media strategy as well as the community engagement plan for clients
- Oversee all social project management and ensure the smooth operation of social campaigns
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
- Conduct day-to-day requirements of social content, deliver client campaigns effectively, including: social listening, conversation analysis, competitive benchmarking, brainstorming content creation and playbook development
Qualifications
- Record of working in an agency, managing social channels on behalf of clients Experience with monitoring tools and platform analytics
- Demonstrable personal social media channels and an interest in social media outside of work
- Good experience in prospecting influencers, online journalists and bloggers/vloggers.
- Have strong experience in effective social media management, exceptional content and communication skills, competent in digital marketing and have a track record of running digital campaigns.
- Degree educated to a 2.2 standard in a relevant subject.
- Must reside in Ikeja or its axis.
- 2+ years’ experience in Social media, SEO, PPC and delivering digital strategies
