  • Drives implementation of approved HR strategy and proactively delivers HR services to staff and line managers in designated business area to support the achievement of the overall corporate objective.
Job Description
  • Model and reinforce the company core values and culture within the business
  • Consistently and actively identifies ways to improve service delivery and strengthen employee capability towards overall improvement of the Technology division.
  • Maintains an effective level of literacy about the Technology sector, mid-range plans, customer value proposition, competition through engagement with business heads and active participation in business meetings
  • Drives implementation of developmental interventions within the division and ensures implementation of approved training plans
  • Experience influencing and advising executive leadership on talent and employment matters
  • Experience with people data analytics; ability to influence with data
  • Ability to coach leaders on personal and team development
  • Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects; demonstrates initiative and manages multiple, competing priorities
  • Serve as the a key HR leader supporting various teams across multiple locations
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure employee and business needs are met, focusing on organizational design, change leadership, and talent management in the Technology division in a  rapidly growing company
  • Recommend, develop, and implement new HR processes as required to grow the business
  • Influence business and talent initiatives that support our short and long-term business goals, including driving practices that enable high performance and operational excellence
  • Provide counsel and guidance on complex employee matters
  • Act as an executive coach for key clients and leaders; hold a high bar for leadership values and behaviors
  • Influence and/or deploy practices to increase employee engagement and satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Professional Qualification(s)- Professional certification from reputable HR bodies such
  • Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) Nigeria
  • HR Certification Institute (HRCI) USA
  • Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) UK
Experience (Number of relevant years):
  • 5+ years experience in an HR Business Partner role
  • Experience providing HR business partner support to engineering, technical, and/or design teams
  • Experience with core HR domains, including performance management, organizational design and talent management
