BridgeLanes is a Real Estate Investment Company; we develop, manage, sell and buy choice properties in choice locations in Nigeria. We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Business Marketer Location: Lagos Island and Mainland Job Description

Responsibilities Marketing Roles:
  • Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
  • Analyzes and creates a plan for engaging the target market
  • Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement
  • Makes product appeal to the target market
  • Sets up booths at trade shows and demonstrates the quality or uses of a product
  • Demonstrates superior time management skills and meets sales deadlines
  • Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available
  • Persists in sales even in the face of failure
  • Demonstrates products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
  • Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary for property investors
  • Answers questions from clients
  • Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
  • Finds ways to sell products in the face of a down market
  • Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
Administrative Roles:
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages,Receive letters, packages etc. and distribute them accordingly
  • Will be responsible for creating and managing the company's social media, Handle online marketing and offline for the company
  • Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.) for management
  • Serves as the managing director's personal assistant.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • M.Sc and other Professional certificates will be an added advantage.
  • Gender; Female only (Attractive)
  • Age: 23-28.
  • Customer service orientation
  • Corporate office wear is mandatory
  • B.Sc; additional qualifications will be a plus
