  • Successful candidate will be responsible for expand our clientele. You will be the f of Ellae and will be dedicated to create and apply effective business strategies to drive sustainable financial growth through bosting revenue and forging strong relationships with clients.
Description
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients, maintain digital and physical records of invoices and contracts.
  • Respond to RFP's, develop presentations for new businesses, quarterly and annual plans,
  • and implementation of those plans.
  • Develop and deliver the strategy for new business development, marketing and client
  • acquisition, appropriate to need and responsive to opportunity
  • Attending industry events and conferences in order to generate business leads
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on revenue generation and client satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare client contracts ensuring adherence to Ellae’s guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
  • Research market trends and competition of clients
Knowledge Requirements Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related field.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g. knowledge of a CRM tool), Docs, Slides and Sheets) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationships
  • Required Experience: 2 - 3 year(s).
Skill Requirement:

  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
  • Excellent business sense and socially adept
  • Good time management ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • An extremely positive attitude and good negotiating skills
