Job Description

  • We seek a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager - Advertising to join our team and help us grow our client base through strategic advertising and lead generation.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Outreach: Build and develop our sales pipeline for advertising
  • Ad Account Management: Oversee and manage the ad accounts on various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) to ensure effective campaign performance.
  • Campaign Creation: Develop, execute, and optimise advertising campaigns that align with the company’s marketing objectives, focusing on lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Lead Generation: Identify, target, and engage potential customers through various channels, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI for each campaign.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and achieve collective goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Team Management & Leadership: Manage and develop a team of PPC specialists ensuring advertising standards are met.
  • Cold Calling & Outreach: Proactively reach out to leads via phone, email, and social media to convert them into paying customers, maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital advertising(PPC, Email, SEO), account management, or a related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Self-motivated: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media advertising platforms, including Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
