Bakan Gizzo Nigeria Limited is a fast growing pharmaceutical company which is involved in the business of importation, marketing and sales of finished pharmaceutical products.
We are also a first line buyer in the AmFm programme. Due to expansion, we require candidates for immediate employment in the following positions:
1. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER - ABUJA
ROLE SUMMARY
Would be required to manage the employees of the company, acting as interface between the company and the staff
Go through the weekly reports of the staff and advising management accordingly
Judicious cost management and cost attainment without hampering growth
Implement the company’s strategic plan with reviews to realign the plan to contemporary changing situations.
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
B.Sc. in personnel management, LL.B or MBA
About three years’ experience
Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word/ Excel
Candidates without experience but with Masters in Human Resource from a UK university can apply
2. SALES REPRESENTATIVES (SR)/ MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVES (MR)
LOCATIONS: Gombe, Niger, Katsina, Kano/Jigawa, Plateau, Kwara, Cross River/Akwa Ibom, Rivers, Ebonyi/Enugu, Delta, Lagos, Oyo, Ondo
B. Pharm/ B.Sc. in microbiology, biochemistry, pharmacology, biological sciences and allied courses from a reputable Nigerian university
Candidates must have a consuming passion for sales and a valid driver’s license

QUALIFICATION
B. Pharm, with a minimum of six years cognate experience in the marketing/sale of pharmaceuticals and must have attained at least the position of Senior. Medical Representative and maintained the position for at least 3 years.Must have extensive industry knowledge, excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with highly demonstrable competencies in building shared visions, championing customer focus and managing people in a multi-cultural environment.
Candidates must have at least a PGD in Marketing/Business Administration or an MBA, must also be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point presentation
Candidates must speak the local language of the region
ROLE SUMMARY:
Act as interface between management and the MR/SR, overseeing their day to day activities in a judicious cost managed manner, yet promoting fast growth
Forge strategic alliance with distributors, wholesalers, hospitals, government parastatals/institutions in order to enhance market penetration of Bakan Gizo’s products.
Implement the company’s policy decision in a result-oriented and timely manner to achieve the vision, mission, goals, objectives and agreed performance targets.
Would be required to directly manage/supervise the daily activities of not less than 10MR/SR and promote the sales of not less than 20 products; and ensuring that the sale volume target for each PRODUCT is met in the region.
4. SUPERINTENDENT PHARMACIST - NASSARAWA
Overseeing the day to day running of a state of the art pharmacy located in the centre of the town.
QUALIFICATION/EXPERIENCE
B. Pharm degree
About three years’ experience in community pharmacy practice
Must speak fluent Hausa language
