Job Title: Accounts Officer
Location: Lagos

Job Description
- Ensure the timely and accurate posting of transactions to the accounting system.
- Raising of LPOs to vendors based on approved requisitions from the central store.
- Responsible for processing accounts payable by ensuring payments owed to vendors are uploaded to the payment portal as and when due.
- Ensure that payments are made to vendors in line with the agreed credit terms and company’s policy.
- Maintaining a proper filing system to ensure the storage and safe-guarding of accounting records and information.
- Accurate and timely posting of transactions into the accounting system (vendors payments, supplier invoices, and payments).
- Updating of the fixed asset register as and when required.
- Responsible for POS settlement reconciliations
- Investigating and responding to all POS charge-back claims in a timely manner.
- Reconciliation of all balance sheet items such as stocks, debtors, creditors and long term liabilities.
- Assist account manager in providing external auditors with financial information required for annual audit.
- Ensure the timely reimbursement of petty cash to the outlets, in line with company policy as and when due.
- Verification and reconciliation of sales (cash, card and bank transfers) into the company’s accounts.
- Carry out weekly bank reconciliation for company accounts.
- Remittance of tax liabilities (PAYE, VAT, WHT, Consumption, etc) to respective tax authorities as and when due.
- Provide assistance to the audit & compliance dept with stock count as and when required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Possess at least B.Sc or HND degree certificate or equivalent in Accounting or similar discipline
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in a similar role
- Experience in the hospitality industry or similar environment is desirable.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Experience in the use of SAGE or similar accounting software.
- Keen attention to detail.
Job Title: Store Officer
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate record keeping and complete documentation to confirm stock levels and maintain proper inventory control.
- Inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report those to audit & compliance/ accounting for reimbursements and record keeping.
- Ensure that all materials received into the store meet the approved standards and specifications given by the company (e.g. size, quality, brand, expiration date etc).
- Ensure that requisitions are placed in a timely manner with procurement in line with given re-order levels to avoid stocking-out.
- Receive supplies from vendors in line with given standards.
- Ensure compliance with given standards with regards to issuing of materials.
- Perform other stock-related duties, including returning, packing and labeling supplies.
- Ensure proper storage and disposal of expired products in line with given standards.
- Ensure the adherence to FIFO inventory management system.
- Ensure all supplies when received are properly and safely stored in accordance with given guidelines.
- Follow all relevant operational procedures and to ensure that store activities are carried out in a consistent manner.
- Ensure store items are properly stored in pre-designated locations for ease of access and optimization of time and effort in material handling.

Job Title: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Title: Internal Audit & Control Officer

Job Description
- Reconciliation of all POS sales report to actual sales including the verification of discounts, vouchers, voids and loyalty cards.
- Conducts regular, structured & surprise outlet visits to ensure compliance to company standards.
- Conducts & ensures the weekly reconciliation of Petty Cash and Deposit Box/Safe of all outlets.
- Proper investigation and reporting of inventory, sales, raw material and product variances.
- Audit of the central production process (raw materials to W.I.P to finished goods) to ensure that all materials issued for production are used for the intended purpose & report any loss and wastage.
- Ensure that the company’s ordering, receiving and delivery standards and procedures are properly followed.
- Ensure proper audit of reported outlet sales report to source documents.
- Verification of all card and bank transfer settlements.
- Ensure that deposits are made in line with the “Cash handling policy”.
- Updating all required internal control records and documents as at when due.
- Review and verification of weekly Food Cost Reports to ensure accuracy & integrity of the report.
- Audit of store to production to sale reports to ensure conformity and proper usage of raw materials.
- Ensure that all monies released are used for the purpose for which it is released.
- Ensure that all required inventory, production and sales records are properly recorded and maintained.
- Monitor the yield for processed raw materials to ensure that is in-line with company standards.
- Monitor raw material wastage to ensure that it does not exceed the tolerable limit set by the company.
- Participate & supervise the weekly/monthly stock take and ensure that stock reports are accurate.
- Report ALL observed violations of company standards or policies to Management.
- All other functions related to achieving a proper internal control system in the company.
