Job Summary

• We are looking for a skilled and experienced Food Packaging Supervisor to oversee our packaging operations.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all packaging activities are carried out in accordance with food safety standards, company policies, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate packaging operations to meet production targets
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Collaborate with production and quality teams to resolve issues and improve processes
• Monitor and maintain packaging equipment and materials
• Train and develop packaging staff

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in food packaging or a related field
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Supervisory or leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and quality control procedures

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / month.
