Job Title: Training Executive

Location: Abuja (FCT)

Job Summary

  • We are looking to employ a Training Executive with great written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • TheTraining Executive would also manage the Administrative affairs on a supervisory level in the orgaisation whilst they are expected to be a strategic thinker with fantastic organizational and time management skills
  • The Training Executive should understand the private and government training approach and operation as well as decision-making processes with a keen interest in producing targeted and tangible results.

Responsibilities
The Training Executive would be required to do the following but not limited to:

  • Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers
  • Develop training manuals that target tangible results
  • Implement effective and purposeful training methods
  • Source organisation and goverment partners for training execution
  • Evaluate organizational performance to ensure that training meets theneeds of the institution and improve performance
  • Follow up and evaluate the performance and productivity trainess and areasof improvement
  • Drive brand values and philosophy through all training and development activities
  • Create a curriculum to facilitate strategic training based on the organizations goals
  • Manage the technologies and technical personnel required to develop, manage and deliver training
  • Take up other responsibilities as required by the management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources or a related field
  • Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools
  • Strategic approach and decision making
  • Attention to detail.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in training, Learning and development management
  • An experience in Office Management
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Superb track record in developing and executing successful training programs
  • Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills
