Job Title: Technical Sales Manager

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Job roles

  • Preparing yearly sales operative plan
  • Implementing the product strategy as per the guidelines of the long term strategic plan of the company
  • Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
  • Hone the existing and hire top sales talent to expand brand and competitive advantage.
  • Coordinating across the leadership team to foster cross-functional team
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Preparing daily, weekly dashboards, and monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and reports.
  • Coordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating sales and operations staff, managing operational costs and ensuring good customer service.
  • Negotiating and closing agreements with large customers
  • Achieving personal sales target and as well supervise team's sales achievement
  • Increase market share of the product in theconstruction chemical industry (from 7% to 25%)
  • Target management and achieving results through the team

Required competency and work skills

  •  Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s / Master's Degree with 7 - 12 years work experience.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and independently as needed.
  • Ability to work efficiently and handle multiple projects and tasks concurrently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and a proven ability to establish positive relations both internal and external.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Experience leading a large geographically spread sales/operations team
  • Experience in Business Management, Business Operations, Sales and strategy is very key
  • Must have strong entrepreneurial skills and competencies.
  • Possess a high level of integrity, curiosity, accuracy, and strong discipline.
