Job Title: Sales Executive

Location: Maryland, Lagos (Hybrid / Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Sales Manager/Director

Job Summary

  • As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis
  • Pursue new opportunities by developing and presenting pitches, proposals, and solutions
  • Build relationships with potential clients, stakeholders, and partners to expand business networks
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services to existing clients
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
  • Analyze market data to identify opportunities, challenges, and potential threats
  • Develop effective sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to optimize sales approaches
  • Continuously refine and improve sales strategies to stay competitive and achieve business objectives.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets by developing and executing sales plans
  • Contribute to revenue growth by identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities
  • Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance to optimize results
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and engagement
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and support

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of the aviation industry and market trends.
  • Experience:  3 - 5 years proven sales experience in aviation or a related industry.
